Great value in-ear headphones

on June 24th, 2010 by admin

I’ve read so many good reviews about the Klipsch Image S4 that I just had to try it. When my old earphones developed a cable problem, I purchased the Klipsch. The audio quality was good, the fit to my ears was great and comfortable.

However, this was not really my first impression. My first impression was “what? 80 dollars for this?” I immediately realized – and side by side compared – that my old one that I considered lower grade because of it’s price is very close in quality and comfort. As for robustness – of the cable – the Klipsch is actually more fragile. I doubt it’s potential cable damage is covered by warranty.

In 10 minutes I made the decision to return the Klipsch. Then I just needed to figure out what made was my old one. Luckily I found the box.

It is an A4Tech MK-650. I paid 10 dollars for it in a discount store, on the Internet you can find it as low as 6 dollars or even less. The MK-650 I tested on airplanes, the noise isolation is good too. I bought 3 of the MK-650, all set with headphones for a while. Highly recommended, best value.
